Job Description:
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Bilingual HR Clerk to support daily HR operations within a fast‑paced production environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, comfortable interacting with employees, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks with accuracy.
Responsibilities include:
Track which temporary employees arrive from each staffing agency
Update daily temp logs with new hires and terminations
Confirm temp attendance on‑site vs. ordered headcount by shift
Ensure all temps have completed GMP training and maintain GMP sign‑off sheets
Create daily temp‑on‑site spreadsheets for badge tracking and security
Escort temps to their assigned production lines and introduce them to supervisors
Verify temps have proper badges and understand badge policies
Ensure temps have correct PPE and are trained on PPE requirements
Issue hard hats and complete required documentation for agencies
Provide timeclock training for all temps and correct clock‑in/out issues as needed
Approve temp timesheets for agency payroll
Gather background checks for payroll and full‑time conversion files
Conduct phone interviews for new production employees
Prepare and facilitate new hire orientation; maintain updated orientation packets
Create Prox/ID cards and assign access levels in the control system
Provide Alchemy training during orientation and assist with password resets
Conduct first‑day stability interviews and exit interviews for all temps
Coach temps on attendance and performance expectations
Validate that temps remain on‑site and working after clocking in
Assist temps with general questions and support needs
Use various measuring instruments and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics to support daily operations in a fast‑paced food production facility. Candidates must have strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, and experience working with industrial machinery.
Responsibilities include:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment such as conveyors, grinders, slicers, packaging machines, refrigeration units, and other food‑processing machinery
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to reduce downtime
Inspect, diagnose, and replace defective machine parts to maintain optimal performance
Conduct regular maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC systems to ensure proper temperature control and food safety
Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, USDA, and FDA guidelines
Assist with installation, upgrades, and modifications of equipment
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, work orders, and parts inventory

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Utilities Technician to support and maintain critical refrigeration, boiler, and utility systems within a food‑processing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, a safety‑first mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
Responsibilities include:
Install and maintain new and existing boilers and refrigeration equipment following all safety and sanitation guidelines
Diagnose and repair boiler and refrigeration systems using schematics and visual inspection
Use handheld temperature probes to verify computer readings at least once per shift
Inspect all refrigeration equipment to ensure operation within required temperature ranges
Perform daily inspections of high‑ and low‑pressure boilers
Manually record readings during daily rounds
Assist with or perform preventive maintenance using SOPs, LOTO procedures, and CMMS printouts
Support special projects as assigned
Assist in maintaining PSM (Process Safety Management) compliance
Conduct PSM audits and ensure corrective actions are completed
Perform building‑wide preventive maintenance and repairs, including refrigeration systems, grounds, doors, lighting, Dock‑Locks, and more
Preferred experience:
Minimum 1 year in manufacturing maintenance or refrigeration
RETA Level 1 & 2 and Ammonia Operator 1 & 2 (preferred or willing to obtain)
Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems (ammonia, glycol, Freon), components, and safety protocols
